Support

RepoWrangler is an open-source project maintained on a best-effort basis by one maintainer working with Codex. There is no paid support plan, service-level agreement, guaranteed response time, or 24×7 on-call coverage.

What is supported

• The latest published patch release is the supported product version.
• Bugs in the public product and its documented deployment recipes may be reported through GitHub Issues.
• Community troubleshooting and contributions are welcome, but response and resolution depend on maintainer availability.

Include the RepoWrangler version, deployment recipe, database type, exact reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, and sanitized logs. Never post credentials, tokens, connection strings, private repository names, or other sensitive data.

Operator responsibilities

Operators own their hosting account, identity-provider configuration, network and DNS, secrets, monitoring, database backups, restore testing, upgrades, and incident response. The project cannot operate or recover a self-hosted instance on an operator's behalf.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately using the instructions in the security policy, not through a public issue.
